NEW YORK, NY (February 25, 2026) – Savills announced today that it has arranged a 23,038-square-foot lease for Betches Media, the leading entertainment destination for young women, at 360 Park Avenue South. The company will occupy the entire sixth floor of the recently renovated Midtown South office building under a long-term lease, relocating from 43 West 24th Street. Savills Shay Bolton, Kirill Azovtsev and Jim Wenk represented the tenant in the transaction.

Founded in 2011 by lifelong friends as an anonymous blog, Betches has evolved into a social-first, multi-platform powerhouse reaching millions of highly engaged women across social channels, original video, podcasts, and live events. As the company reaches its 15th anniversary this month, the relocation aligns its headquarters with the scale of its expanding business. The move is slated for later this year.

Originally built in 1913 and comprehensively renovated in 2023, 360 Park Avenue South offers 23,038-square-foot floor plates, ceiling heights ranging from 13 to 17 feet and operable windows within a restored limestone façade. The 440,000-square-foot property features a furnished roof garden with integrated work areas and event space, garden-level conference and lounge facilities, a chef-led restaurant with lobby access, a lobby lounge, bar and café, upgraded HVAC systems with MERV-13 filtration, and a bike room with charging stations.
