NEW YORK, NY (November 18, 2025)—Savills announces the launch of Savills Operations Performance, a new service within Savills Supply Chain Solutions. This new service helps industrial users plan, design, and operate more efficient facilities through a fully integrated real estate and operations approach.
“Operations Performance is a truly differentiated capability in our industry,” said David Lipson, CEO of Savills North America. “We’re the first firm that can connect real estate strategy with the engineering and technology that drive what happens inside the building. By integrating those disciplines, we help clients make smarter, faster, and more resilient decisions that directly improve business outcomes.”
The new offering expands Savills industrial services by providing clients with a comprehensive, end-to-end solution that encompasses site selection and leasing, facility design, automation and implementation. It’s designed for decision-makers who want to take a holistic view of their industrial facilities and improve performance at every stage of their operations.
“With Operations Performance, we’re closing the gap between strategy and execution,” added Gregg Healy, EVP, Head of Industrial Services, North America. “Clients gain a partner who can advise on every phase of their operations, from how space is chosen to how it performs. The new team provides fully integrated solutions designed to adapt to evolving market demands, resulting in greater customer loyalty, expanded market share, and enhanced end-consumer experience.”
Led by Senior Vice President Wonil Gregg, with Vice President of Client Experience Helgi Thor Leja and Senior Director of Engineering Stuart Plath, the Operations Performance team combines decades of experience in supply chain, engineering, and industrial design. Their track record includes optimizing distribution and manufacturing networks for leading global brands such as Topgolf Callaway Brands, L’Occitane, MSC Industrial and Thermo Fisher Scientific. By leveraging deep expertise in warehouse efficiency, smart inventory management, and automated order processing, the team transforms logistics operations into a competitive advantage.
“Our competitors do not have this service yet, making the offering a huge competitive advantage for Savills, and it comes at a pivotal moment for industrial users,” said Gregg. “As companies face rising costs and ongoing disruption, Savills provides the scale and platform to simplify how they plan, design, and operate, turning facilities into true performance engines.”
The Operations Performance team will collaborate with J.C. Renshaw, who leads the Supply Chain Strategy service within Savills Supply Chain Solutions. Renshaw specializes in network optimization, helping clients determine the optimal number of facilities to enhance service levels and identify locations where operational cost savings can be achieved.
By uniting operational expertise and real estate advisory under one roof, Savills provides a single point of accountability for performance, from evaluating locations and facility layouts to selecting and implementing automation systems. The result is greater efficiency, lower cost, and stronger long-term value for industrial occupiers.
Through Operations Performance, Savills strengthens its position as a trusted advisor for organizations looking to enhance efficiency, resilience, and growth across their industrial portfolios, now and for the future.
