The annual publication is the leading benchmark of companies employing veterans and other members of the UK’s military community, providing an in-depth guide for veterans, reservists and their families looking to build meaningful civilian careers.

Inclusion in the Top 50 reflects a measurable and sustained commitment to the Armed Forces community in the UK and requires employers to undergo a comprehensive assessment combining objective data with expert human evaluation by an independent judging panel of 21 business leaders who are also veterans.
