Savills named as supplier on Crown Commercial Service's Estate Management Services (EMS) framework

Real estate advisor Savills has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Estate Management Services (EMS) framework.

The four-year framework, used by public sector bodies is divided into seven lots. Savills is just one of four firms appointed across all seven lots. They are as follows:

  • Surveying and strategic advice
  • Total estate management
  • Estate (property) management
  • Agency and leases management
  • Valuations and CPOS
  • Business rating services
  • Integrated work place management

Coming into effect from 21 August, the new framework will see Savills join the roster of go-to experts for public sector bodies.

CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2020/21 CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.04bn - supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

Savills public sector team work closely with key central government departments, delivery agencies, housing associations and local authorities to provide strategic advice and delivery capability across UK residential, commercial and rural land markets.
